Welcome to Mathura Ayurveda.  

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including Mathura Ayurveda Kumkumadi Thailam. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.  

1. Use of the Website: You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use of others.
2. Product Information: All products are made using natural herbs through a traditional three-day Ayurvedic process. Slight variations in colour, texture, or aroma may occur, reflecting the authenticity of the natural preparation. For external use only. Perform a patch test before first use.  
3. Orders & Payments: All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders may be cancelled in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.
4. Shipping & Delivery: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for courier delays or customs clearance.
5. Intellectual Property: All content, including product names, descriptions, and images, is the intellectual property of Mathura Ayurveda and may not be reproduced without consent.
6. Limitation of Liability: Mathura Ayurveda shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. 8. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Privacy Policy  

The Greenswitch Singapore Pte Ltd respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.  

We collect your name, contact information, and order details for order processing, communication, and delivery purposes.  

Payment details are handled securely through third-party gateways; we do not store credit card information. Your data is shared only with trusted partners such as payment processors and delivery services, and only for transaction purposes.  

We do not sell or rent your personal information. You may request to access, update, or delete your personal data by emailing greenswitchsingapore@gmail.com. All information is stored securely, and we use SSL encryption to protect your privacy.  

Return & Refund Policy  

Every bottle of Mathura Ayurveda Kumkumadi Thailam is made with care using natural ingredients.

As such, all sales are final once the product is opened or used

Due to the natural and personal-care nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once opened.

Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 3 days of receipt by emailing greenswitchsingapore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Upon review, a replacement or refund will be arranged.  

Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.  

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours if not yet processed for shipment.
